Alex Holmes
Alex Holmes is an award-winning writer, producer and director who directed Stop at Nothing (2014), which explores the story of Lance Armstrong’s Faustian pact with performance-enhancing drugs. He directed the series “Paula” for BBC2 and co-wrote and directed the Emmy and BAFTA-nominated “House of Saddam” (2008) and “Dunkirk” (2004), a three part mini-series for the BBC about the evacuation of allied troops from Europe in 1940. His film Maiden (Mountainfilm 2020), chronicles the adventures of the first-ever, all-female sailing crew as they compete in a race around the world.
