Aidan Haley

The realization came to Aidan Haley on his portaledge on the side of a massive piece of granite — he was not destined for greatness in alpinism — at least not in the most conventional sense. This moment pushed Haley behind the lens and began what has become a respectable career in the adventure filmmaking industry. He is the director of Force (Mountainfilm 2015); editor of Adventure Not War (Mountainfilm 2018); co-director of How to Run 100 Miles (Mountainfilm 2018) with Brendan Leonard; co-director of RJ Ripper (Mountainfilm 2018), Sacred Strides (Mountainfilm 2019) and Matagi M?lohi: Strong Winds (Mountainfilm 2020).
