Adrian Stevens
Adrian Stevens, who comes from the Northern Ute, Shoshone-Bannock and San Carlos Apache tribes, was born and raised in northeastern Utah near the Uintah & Ouray Indian Reservation. He has deep roots in pow wow community dancing and has performed widely on the circuit. He and his partner Sean Snyder are pushing boundaries of traditional spaces by dancing in pow pows as a couple. They are the subjects of Sweetheart Dancers (Mountainfilm 2019).
