Peter Mortimer

Peter Mortimer is the founder of Sender Films, which he started as a do-it-yourself, rock-climbing video-production project in 1999. Over the last decade, Mortimer and his team have grown Sender into a global adventure film company, which produces feature-length documentaries, television series and a variety of commercials. Mortimer first came to Mountainfilm in 2002 with Front Range Freaks and has been back frequently over the years, winning the Charlie Fowler Award with King Lines in 2008 and screening Alone on the Wall in 2010. He is the director of Honnold 3.0 (Mountainfilm 2013). Sender's productions have won numerous other film festival awards and a Sports Emmy.
