British film director Lucy Walker is a two-time Academy Award nominee whose films have won over 50 awards. She directed Devil's Playground (2002), Blindsight (2006), Waste Land (Mountainfilm 2010) and Countdown to Zero (2010), as well as the documentary short The Tsunami and the Cherry Blossom (Mountainfilm 2012). An explorer of the human condition, she follows characters, outsiders and castaways on transformative journeys. Her latest film is The Crash Reel (Mountainfilm 2013).
