Alan Gordon

Alan Gordon is a climber and skier who has been roaming the glacial terrain and rugged mountains of his home state of Alaska for well over a decade. An avalanche forecaster by day and ice climber in his spare time, Gordon was inspired to make his first film, Blue Obsession (Mountainfilm 2012), after witnessing the drastic changes taking place in the ephemeral, shrinking glaciers near his home.
