Ann Husaini

Ann Husaini is a director and editor for feature films and television. Her films, The End of Magic and Broccoli, won awards in the U.S., Canada and Brazil. Husaini works in television regularly and as an editor for clients that include Discovery, E!, AMC, OWN, MTV, VH1, PBS, Lifetime and DIY. She is co-director of the NYEC’s Education and Advocacy Program, which raises editor awareness about social messaging in programming. A Columbia MFA Film Program graduate, she’s most passionate about projects that focus on the complex and human sides of life and has made documentaries about subjects that range from Caribbean festivals to pornographers seeking love. Husaini co-directed Sandorkraut, a profile of the fermentation master, Sandor Katz (Mountainfilm 2016).
