This is the theatrical premiere of Reno, which was one of five “films” originally commissioned by the Sundance Film Institute for the 2x2-inch screen of a cell phone. Reno is a bizarre, funny and strangely endearing voyeuristic peak through a security camera at a singing cowboy. —EL
