This sweeping, comprehensive and richly wrought film manages to cover familiar petrochemical addiction territory with fresh vigor and, perhaps even more surprisingly, new hope. There’s no single answer to today’s energy and global warming problems. But a solution starts with personal and political will. That will, in turn, has to come from us. If you’re wavering about what you can or should do in the face of seemingly insurmountable odds, if you despair that the status quo and white men are too deeply entrenched to allow progress, or if you’re on the side that thinks Big Oil is the misunderstood victim of bad press, come see this film and decide if you want to get on the (biodiesel) bandwagon. Director and star Josh Tickell will answer questions afterward the film.
