Luke Wolbach
The American Star is the only U.S. entry in a rowing race across the Atlantic Ocean. Its middle-age two-man crew of good friends, set out with high hopes and plenty of ambition. By the time they make land again, these aspirations have been reduced to merely surviving—physically and psychologically—the grueling challenge. Somewhere along the way, their friendship is lost at sea.
